This internship is eligible for college credit. A stipend is available for hours worked beyond required academic credit hours.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Stadium Operations
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks at both the team training facility and Riverfront Stadium.
- Help oversee facility upkeep including:
- Field maintenance and painting
- Preventative maintenance tasks
- Small-scale facility improvement projects
- Gain exposure to how professional sports facilities are maintained and optimized year-round.
- Play a critical role in matchday prep and execution, assisting with:
- Pre-game stadium setup
- In-game operations and troubleshooting
- Post-match breakdown and clean-up
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth, professional fan and player experience.
- Assist with ongoing and long-term projects to enhance team facilities and optimize operations workflows.
- Participate in cross-department coordination for special events, community activations, or large matchdays.
- Be ready to take on varied tasks in a dynamic sports environment – no two days are the same!
- Must be enrolled in a college/university program (Sports Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred).
- Available to work matchdays, evenings, and special events (including weekends).
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-first mindset.
- Interest in professional sports operations and desire to learn from experienced staff.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
