BeachHead is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic client relationships, grow new business, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your efforts will directly influence the success of our client’s operations while providing valuable solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand client footprint
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and industry engagement
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, with a focus on quality and client needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
  • Contribute to team meetings, share market insights, and stay updated on industry trends
Desired Skill-Set
  • Proven experience in building strategic relationships with large or enterprise clients
  • Previous success as an Account Executive within an IT services provider or recruitment/talent acquisition environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop territory plans
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with a proactive approach
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all dealings
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with MSP (Managed Service Providers) or technology-focused clients
  • Background in recruiting for technical or financial roles
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Previous strong IT Recruitment experience, but would love to learn and grow into an Account Executive
Expected Compensation
  • CAD 80,000 – CAD 120,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)
