As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, delivering exceptional service and hospitality while ensuring our guests enjoy the highest quality food. You’ll also work closely with an independent Owner/Operator who is dedicated to your success and professional growth.

Front Of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
- Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
- Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
- Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
- Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a heart for serving others
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and dependability—we count on you!
A team-player mindset, adaptable and willing to go the extra mile
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
