Reqrouteinc, a specialist in social media recruiting, is seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our recruitment marketing efforts across various social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of how to engage audiences in a digital landscape. You will play a crucial part in visually communicating our clients' employment brands and attracting top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality, engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics for job advertisements, company branding campaigns, and outreach materials.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design projects that align with campaign objectives and client brand guidelines.
- Develop a variety of digital assets, such as social media graphics, web banners, infographics, and email templates.
- Ensure all visual output is consistent with the brand identity of both Reqrouteinc and our clients, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and industry-specific technologies to keep our content fresh and effective.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and social media design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Experience creating graphics specifically for various social media platforms and an understanding of their unique specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and work effectively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A competitive hourly wage of $30 - $61 USD, commensurate with experience.
