Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our AI-focused startup developing custom solutions for enterprise development teams. You will work collaboratively as part of a small, agile team building innovative products from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems and architecture using Go and Python
  • Build and/or fine-tune custom natural language processing models
  • Troubleshoot and debug code issues as they arise
  • Contribute ideas to improve software design and functionality
  • Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years professional software development experience
  • Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and applications
  • Proficiency in Go programming
  • Experience with Python for AI/ML development
  • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Passion for AI/ML with interest in startup environments
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • CS degree or equivalent work experience
