About the Role:

Join Timebox Pro as a Scrum Master and lead our agile teams to success! In this dynamic role, you will empower teams to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth agile processes.
  • Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team dynamics.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the organization.
  • Support the development of team members through mentorship and guidance.
  • Report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 3-5 years or in a similar role within an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making processes.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Passion for agile practices and a commitment to delivering value.
