We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Improve data usability for MEDITECH Expanse platform implementation
  • Ensure high-quality, normalized, and usable data for various stakeholders
  • Bridge technical and clinical gaps by interpreting workflows and aligning data with standards
  • Partner with business owners, product owners, and technical teams to define requirements
  • Provide expertise in Expanse clinical workflows and data structures

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a hospital setting (clinical, HIM, or billing preferred)
  • Experience in clinical coding
  • Experience in data and workflow analysis
  • Experience in EHR maintenance, build, or implementation (MEDITECH, EPIC, Cerner preferred)
