Seeking a highly experienced Principal with over 15 years in program management to lead and oversee complex project planning and execution initiatives
Job Description
Lead the strategic planning and execution of largescale programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and resource allocation to optimize delivery Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives Monitor program progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies Facilitate communication and coordination among multiple project teams and external partners Provide expert guidance on program governance compliance and quality standards Mentor and coach project managers and team members to enhance performance and professional growth
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the principal point of contact for program stakeholders ensuring clear communication and expectation management Oversee project planning activities including scheduling budgeting and resource management Lead risk assessment and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and adherence to quality standards Coordinate with vendors clients and internal teams to resolve issues and remove obstacles Provide leadership in change management and support adoption of new processes Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders Foster a collaborative environment that promotes accountability and ownership across teams
