About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to champion our client campaigns from kickoff to wrap-up. In this role, your high energy, positive attitude, and obsession with the details will allow you to seamlessly juggle multiple campaigns at once. You aren't just managing accounts; you're helping our clients succeed and constantly looking for ways to learn and grow.

What You´ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of audio advertising campaigns – including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship-based buys
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) and to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth campaign execution
  • Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align on messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities
  • Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the
  • Track performance and develop post-campaign reports that inform renewals, upsells, and long-term client success
  • Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking

Who You Are

  • You are energetic, positive, eager to learn and grow and you manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in sales planning and/or account management, with a preference for experience in audio/podcast-related roles
  • You have a demonstrated track record of client-facing roles at either a publisher or agency
  • You have solid grasp of the digital advertising and media landscape

Location

While we operate with a high degree of trust and flexibility, the expectation for this role is to be present in our Toronto office approx. two to three days per week. Candidates should live within a commutable distance to accommodate this schedule.
