This is not your typical EA role. You’ll be supporting a senior leader overseeing a global marketing function, managing both professional and personal priorities while helping keep an incredibly fast-moving environment running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CMO’s calendar across multiple international time zones
- Coordinate all travel, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics end-to-end
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefings, presentations, and communications
- Attend meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking action items
- Act as a key point of contact between the CMO, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Support both business and personal priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with office operations, onboarding, team events, and culture initiatives
- Manage expenses, vendors, office supplies, and day-to-day coordination
- 1–2 years experience in an EA or similar support role such as office management
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive by nature with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Passion for fashion, culture, and creative industries preferred
