Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Overview

Join our client as a Senior Product Manager to lead the technical build and development of a new product within a high-impact assessment and learning environment. In this contract role, you’ll expand the product portfolio by driving initiatives of high complexity that require strong cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help shape processes for ideation and prototyping, ensure roadmap execution against critical milestones, and partner across teams to move concepts from early thinking to pre-launch and market introduction.

Required Skills

• Proven track record launching new product(s) or significantly overhauling existing product(s)
• Demonstrated experience leading and organizing market research/piloting/testing efforts
• Experience coordinating Agile product delivery
• Strategic and technical product management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, education, and/or assessment
• Ability to manage vendor and partner relationships
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proven ability to operate across diverse cross-functional groups and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting product information and creating well-organized deliverables
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately secure materials
• Proficiency with project planning software and budget management
• Broad knowledge base in testing and assessment-related activities
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to bring projects from concept to pre-launch/market introduction
• Strong team orientation

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience focused on testing, medical education/healthcare, and assessment for learning
• Experience establishing best-practice protocols and procedures for product/program delivery
• Product management certification through Pragmatic Institute or a similar program (desired, not required)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; relevant master’s degree desired
• Experience: 7 or more years of relevant program/product management experience (preferred)
