Summary
The ICI Roll-Off DZ Driver is responsible for safely operating a roll-off truck to service commercial and industrial customers while ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of containers. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain safety standards, and ensure routes are completed efficiently in accordance with Miller Waste Systems protocols.

Responsibilities
In the position of ICI Roll-Off DZ Driver, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Safely operate a Roll-Off truck.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Peel Region and GTA West areas (preferred).
  • Ensure customers are serviced according to their contractual requirements and schedules.
  • Safely push and pull containers of various sizes, including unlocking and locking containers and enclosures/rooms.
  • Ensure pick-up and delivery schedules are met as assigned.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations through proven results.

Competencies & Qualifications
  • Valid DZ Driver’s Licence required.
  • Minimum 1 year of Roll-Off driving experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, as start and end times may vary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills preferred.
  • Excellent attendance and performance record.
  • Availability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when required.
  • Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the Peel and Halton Regions.
