 The Opportunity:

As the Pump Assembler, you will be part of the team responsible for building Lifting Solutions Progressive Cavity Pumps in our Edmonton-based manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure our products are manufactured to Lifting Solutions’ standards and specifications as well as participate in manufacturing optimization efforts. You will play a major role in the success of our day-to-day manufacturing operations. 

Your Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

• Setting up and maintaining the manufacturing plant and equipment


• Ensure all completed mandatory paperwork is thorough, accurate, and submitted on time


• Maintain overall good housekeeping in all work environments


• Participating and supporting our safety culture


• Shift work is required, including rotating day and night shift work


• Weekend work is required

 Your Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent


• Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing production environment


• Transferable industrial or construction experience including use of hand tools, mobile equipment, and cranes.


• Advanced mechanical abilities


• Prior experience in manufacturing or handling continuous rod considered an asset


• Mandatory pre-offer and ongoing employment alcohol and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
