Housekeeper / Houseperson
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Houseperson to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with linen and supply management, including restocking and inventory control
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
- Support the housekeeping team in deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are adhered to at all times
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
