SPACEPANDA is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our new warehouse in Fresno, CA. In this critical, hands-on role, you’ll be the driving force keeping our physical operations organized and efficient, so product releases go off without a hitch.
As our first warehouse hire, you’ll partner closely with the company Director to establish and refine processes, receive and organize inventory, and manage the production, packing, and shipping of orders. Responsibilities:
- Plan, receive, organize, track, and store incoming inventory and supplies
- Review and implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and professionalism
- Oversee and coordinate release-based fulfillment staff to pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Manage the production of art prints and proofs
- Maintain inventory levels; flag and resolve supply needs proactively
- Keep all equipment (printers, label machines, workspace) maintained and reset between releases
- Pre-kit materials and prep inventory for upcoming releases
- Train and coordinate additional staff during peak release periods
- Based in or able to commute reliably to Fresno, CA (on-site)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, accuracy is key
- Dependable and consistent, you take deadlines seriously and communicate early when risks arise
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, packing, standing for extended periods)
- Self-motivated and independent, with strong workflow management skills
- Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or print environments is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, Notion, and Google Drive is a plus
- Flexible availability during release cycles
- Every release ships on time and accurately, whether volume is high or low
- Inventory and supplies tracked and always sufficient
- Print and product quality consistently meet our high standards
- The workspace is kept clean, organized, and ready at all times
- Release-based staff are well-trained and equipped for high-volume periods
- Base salary range $70K–$90K depending on experience plus performance-based incentives
