Are you ready to work directly alongside a founder and CEO in a role where your organization, initiative, and problem-solving skills can make a meaningful impact every day?
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to the CEO and help drive organization, accountability, and execution across the company. This is more than a traditional administrative role—you will help transform ideas into action, coordinate projects across departments, and ensure important initiatives stay on track.
You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of a growing technology company, including software development, sales, marketing, customer success, accounting, and HR. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in business, operations, technology, or leadership.
This position is a backfill for the first Executive Assistant hired at Savance. Through hard work, dedication, and consistently exceeding expectations, that individual grew into a broader leadership role and now serves as our Chief of Staff and Operations. We view this position as more than a job—it is a platform for growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of the business, take on increasing levels of responsibility, and potentially grow into future leadership opportunities as the company continues to scale.
The CEO
The President/CEO of Savance is also one of the original founders. To this day, he is one of the most dedicated and hardest working individuals you will ever meet. His passion for Savance, the solutions they are creating and delivering, and the customers that trust in Savance is deep and infectious. He has an A-type personality that most would call a perfectionist. He sets the bar high for himself and for others. Though he expects a lot, he motivates best by setting the example and holds himself to the same standards as he expects of his team.
He is looking to find someone who is comfortable working with someone like this, and in many ways has many of these same attributes. He’d like to find a candidate who can help him accomplish more by taking ideas, turning them into action items, and through their own hard work and by leveraging the rest of the team, execute on those action items.
The right person should be able to come in, build trust, and take over as many tasks as possible that can free up the CEO and allow him to be better organized and more productive.
The Company
Savance is a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging, and demanding environment; and also a fun and rewarding place to work. We thrive as a team and are always looking for the people who are the right fit and have the right attitude to bring even greater success and camaraderie to the table. To excel at Savance, you must love to be challenged, seek out opportunities to develop your skills, be confident yet humble, and be able to learn from your mistakes. We thrive working alongside smart, independent, and self-motivated people who get along well with others. If you have a can-do attitude and seek a challenging, rewarding position with a great team, Savance is the place for you!
