Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Calcium Dispatcher in the chemical manufacturing industry in Slave Lake, Alberta.
The Calcium Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching a high-volume fleet delivering products across Western Canada. This role ensures efficient routing, real-time communication with drivers and customers, and compliance with transportation regulations. The Dispatcher plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations, meeting delivery timelines, and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Total Rewards
- $75000.00 annually
- OT and Stat Holidays required
- Work Schedule – Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Annual bonus- 5% of base pay
- 3 weeks of vacation
- On-Call Premium - $157.50 per week ($31.50 per day)
- Benefits – eligible to participate in the employee group insured health benefit plans
- Dispatch 50+ loads daily across Western Canada
- Monitor driver locations, schedules, and compliance with Hours of Service
- Coordinate delivery times and maintain strong customer communication
- Track and report product inventory levels
- Ensure drivers are prepared with PPE, documentation, and delivery details
- Maintain accurate records and enter delivery data into TMW system
- Coordinate equipment servicing with maintenance teams. Communicate with plant operations to confirm product availability
- Promote and follow company HSE policies and procedures
- Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience (liquid bulk preferred)
- Knowledge of Federal Hours of Service regulations
- Strong geographic knowledge of Western Canada
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with TMW/TMT systems, oilfield or off-road dispatching is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
