What will you be doing!
- Coordinating, overseeing internal staff, and contractor support for workspace moves and design initiatives.
- Organizing and scheduling work with internal teams and third-party contractors to support office construction, decommissioning, and redesign activities.
- Acting as a single point of contact for groups undergoing moves, performing pre- and post-move space inspections.
- Liaising with staff, management, and service providers to ensure coordination of move activities and schedules.
- Advising clients and service providers of move schedules and design updates.
- Interacting daily with customers to ensure satisfaction with move and workspace services.
- Conducting field walks to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in active and vacated spaces.
- Supporting designers with coordination and providing updates to teams and stakeholders.
- Handling the safe disassembly and reassembly of office furniture and related equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
- Education
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, buildings, and safe work practices including Protective Personal Equipment (PP&E).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
