What you’ll contribute:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Support a wide range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle
- Build strong, trusted relationships with employees and teams
- Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and best practices
- Contribute to talent development, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and support HR systems and processes
- Assist with projects and day-to-day HR operations
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience in HR or a related area
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an asset
