About The Pump House Brewery
Pump House Brewery is seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering our products safely and efficiently throughout the local area while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a 5-ton straight truck
- Deliver products to designated customer locations safely and on schedule
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules provided by dispatch
- Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition with professionalism and care
- Complete daily logs and maintain accurate delivery records
- Report vehicle maintenance concerns, incidents, or accidents promptly to management
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse and delivery-related duties as required
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably within wholesale, beverage, or logistics industries
- Strong driving skills and knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Physically capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
