Responsibilities:
• Shape and advance an enterprise partnership strategy that supports growth, visibility, and long-term brand objectives across multiple markets.
• Advise regional and local leaders on partnership priorities, investment decisions, and approaches that reinforce a unified brand presence.
• Review current sponsorships and alliance portfolios to uncover ways to improve return on investment, streamline operations, and increase market impact.
• Identify opportunities to expand successful regional initiatives into broader programs with national relevance when business value is demonstrated.
• Direct the planning and oversight of partnerships spanning sports, entertainment, community engagement, and strategic business relationships.
• Guide contract evaluation, partnership valuation, activation planning, and promotional strategy to maximize effectiveness and brand fit.
• Establish standards, governance practices, and execution frameworks that create consistency in how partnership assets are managed across markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to ensure messaging, storytelling, and public-facing activations align with organizational priorities.
• Use market intelligence, audience insights, and performance data to refine annual partnership and marketing plans and recommend innovative new opportunities.
• Significant leadership experience managing large and complex partnership portfolios within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated success developing brand activation or strategic alliance programs at a regional or national level.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional teams and geographic markets.
• Experience with contract oversight, valuation assessment, and performance measurement for partnerships and related marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of brand governance and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple activations and channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate research and consumer insights into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills suited to internal leaders and external partners alike.
