About the Role:


The Regional Director of Operations is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities within these key markets. This role ensures that business objectives are met through effective management of resources, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Director will drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will serve as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Ultimately, this position is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth in the region.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations or regional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices, budgeting, and performance management.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in the retail, logistics, or manufacturing industries.

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data analytics tools.

  • Experience managing operations across multiple states or regions.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage all operational functions across the Seattle and Portland regions, including supply chain, logistics, customer service, and facility management.

  • Develop and execute regional strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive business growth.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to ensure seamless operations.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience.

  • Represent the company in regional business forums and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
