We are looking for a night shift wrapper to join our Coating department. The wrapper is responsible for putting plastic wrap on finished rolls at the coater roll-up. The position will be based out of our Calhoun, GA location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate console to position roll at wrap station
- Use foot pedal and console to wrap roll using correct wrap color
- Place inserts in core to hold wrap in place
- Tape roll if required or necessary
- Label roll correctly
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to read and understand documents such as SOPs and OPLs
- Ability to communicate effectively with leads and supervisor
