Pay: $40–$45/hour
Arden Park Post Acute is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated LVN Infection Preventionist Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for a nurse passionate about infection control, resident safety, and quality care in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the facility’s Infection Prevention & Control Program
- Monitor, track, and report infections in compliance with CDC, OSHA, and public health guidelines
- Conduct infection control audits, surveillance, and facility rounds
- Provide staff education and in-service training on infection prevention practices
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and interdisciplinary team to improve clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reporting systems
- Identify risks and implement corrective action plans
- Active California LVN license
- Experience in infection prevention, or strong clinical background in skilled nursing or post-acute care
- Working knowledge of infection control standards and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and staff education skills
