The Role
- Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with standards and procedures in a complex, computer-based environment.
- Establish processes for evaluating hardware, software, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Devise and execute tests to evaluate, debug, and verify the accuracy and reliability of systems against specifications.
- Report malfunctions, bugs, and errors to management for resolution.
- Create, review, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and Software Quality Assurance Plans (SQAPs).
- Manage quality reports and documentation using Digital Engineering tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software and systems engineering environments.
- Solid grasp of quality control principles, including ISO-9001 standards.
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and Agile management environments (Confluence, JIRA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage quality documentation.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Permanent Resident with 3+ years of U.S. residency.
