The Role
- Manage P&L and Opex, with a focus on IT cost management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Conduct Capex analysis and support IT cost optimization strategies
- Perform key systems governance, including BPC management and PowerBI reporting
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and update allocation methodologies
- Collaborate with MT Finance team and business partners to manage financials and ensure resource maximization
- Drive the simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes within the Technology finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 4+ years of relevant finance experience, including FP&A, accounting, investment banking, or corporate development
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data manipulation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a results-oriented approach
