Job Description

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards; establishing data dictionaries and KPI logs to improve data accuracy; and delivering reliable insights for informed decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions
Prepare monthly and weekly report submissions in accordance with project requirements.
Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet the requirements of project stakeholders and discipline teams.

Required Skills And Competencies

3–5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling
Strong skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and building reliable reports
Experience with data dictionaries, KPI tracking, and data validation
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
Experience integrating data from SharePoint, Excel, and SQL.
Proficiency in EVM and project controls concepts.
Ability to provide leadership, guidance, and management support to team members

This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $105,000–$120,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
