Deliverables/Principal Results Expected

Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:

  • Conduct screening on potential client calls.
  • Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
  • Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
  • Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.

Technical Competencies: Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.

Education, Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred. Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.
