About The Role
We’re hiring an Office & Culture Coordinator (1-year contract) on the People Team to play a key role in creating a seamless, energizing, and thoughtfully designed in-office experience. In this role, you’ll help bring BioRender’s culture to life through everyday moments and team experiences that foster connection and collaboration.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto. You’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week, with additional in-person attendance for key team events and company on-sites.
What You'll Be Doing
Create a Great In-Office Experience
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully stocked with employees' favourite snacks and beverages.
- Coordinate breakfast and lunch orders for office events, ensuring timely delivery and setup.
- Coordinate and support in-office events, team on-sites, and all-hands
- Help celebrate team milestones through thoughtful gifts, surprises, and recognition
- Maintain and distribute company swag to create delightful employee experiences
- Play a key role in making the office a place people are excited to be
- Track expenses and support simple budgeting for office and events
- Create event materials like invites, agendas, and follow-ups
- Warm, proactive, and people-first: you genuinely care about creating great experiences for others
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: you notice the small things that make a big difference
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment
