Profile

We are seeking a motivated early-career Engineer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our engineering team through a structured rotational development program. This position is designed to provide broad exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and aircraft development functions during the first two years of employment. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and technical specialists, the successful candidate will contribute to new and derivative aircraft design activities while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills across several departments before transitioning into a dedicated functional role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting aircraft design, development, modification, and certification activities
  • Assisting senior engineers with technical analyses, calculations, and engineering documentation
  • Participating in design reviews, engineering investigations, and problem-solving activities
  • Supporting the preparation and review of engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and test documentation
  • Assisting with validation and verification activities, including laboratory, ground, and flight test support
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including structures, systems, avionics, manufacturing, supply chain, and certification groups
  • Supporting configuration management and change incorporation activities
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering process development
  • Ensuring work is completed in accordance with applicable engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures


Competencies And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or equivalent professional designation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  • Interest in aerospace engineering and aircraft development
  • Ability to work under pressure with uncertain outcomes
