As part of the Strategic Finance team, you will work closely with business leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, pricing and other high-impact strategic projects across CLEAR. You will analyze business trends and build complex financial models that inform key operating decisions and broader strategic planning, helping translate business performance into actionable insights. This role reports to the Senior Associate, Strategic Finance.

 

What you'll do:

  • Support financial planning and performance analysis across key areas of CLEAR’s business
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models that underpin annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasts
  • Analyze performance drivers and clearly communicate risks and opportunities 
  • Lead analytical workstreams for new initiatives, including pricing strategies and cost optimization efforts
  • Prepare analyses and materials that contribute to Investor Relations, Board and senior management reporting

 

How you'll measure success:

  • Accuracy and rigor of financial analysis and forecasting
  • Quality and clarity of insights delivered to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to independently own analyses from initial build through executive-ready output
  • Effectiveness in supporting leadership materials and strategic initiatives
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and analytical tools

 

What you're great at:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting or corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear insights
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
