The Role
- Design, develop, and debug mission-critical software.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile framework.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git for work management and collaboration.
- Support the creation and updating of design, development, and testing documentation.
- Identify and proactively resolve potential technical roadblocks.
- Plan and estimate development tasks, working to improve performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or a Master's degree.
- US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Java/C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and JS frameworks such as React.
- Strong understanding of software development process fundamentals.
