Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for system enhancements and releases
- Partner with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with business objectives
- Provide hands-on support by navigating and understanding supported applications (e.g., workflow tools, OpenPages)
- Conduct impact analysis and support testing, UAT, and change management activities
- Perform basic SQL queries and data analysis; support ad hoc reporting and dashboard development (Power BI or similar tools)
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within Agile and/or Waterfall SDLC environments
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or systems-focused environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes, including requirements documentation and testing lifecycle
- Experience with workflow systems or risk management platforms (OpenPages is a strong asset)
- Working knowledge of SQL; exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
