Food & Beverage Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our hospitality team and elevate our dining and beverage services. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure high standards of service and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events, menus, and special offers.
- Conduct regular staff training and development programs to maintain service excellence.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic plans.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
