Compensation: 65k-95k

What You'll Do:

Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI, including semantic model design, DAX development, and dataset optimization
Experience administering or supporting Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Azure SQL Managed Instance environments, including database maintenance and security
Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development or administration, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric pipelines, or similar tools
Experience with Dynamics 365 Data Entities and BYOD export structures
Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage tasks and communicate progress independently in a small-team environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake
Exposure to Python, Spark, or other modern data engineering or scripting tools
Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools, chatbots, or workflow automation — particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms
Familiarity with JSON data formats and integration patterns
Experience working in engineering or manufacturing environment.

What Experience You'll Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
Demonstrated professional or internship experience in business intelligence development, with a clear track record of delivering BI solutions
Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and views for reporting and data transformation purposes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy
Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and relational data modeling concepts
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI solutions
