White Pine County Social Services is seeking applicants for the position of Food and Clothing Tech.
Purpose
This is a Full-Time position. Under general supervision, the Clothing and Food Tech organizes, stocks, and distributes food and clothing from various programs, as well as answers phones, greets visitors, and schedules appointments.
Minimum Qualifications
Has a valid Nevada Driver’s License. Negative drug screen and background check are required. Understand working with MS office
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Knowledge of
- cleaning techniques;
- safe lifting methods;
- safe vehicle operation rules.
- follow verbal and written instructions;
- work effectively under the pressure of deadlines and conflicting demands;
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and program participants;
- communicate with the public, and others in situations requiring tact, diplomacy, and poise;
- safely operate vehicles;
- maintain strict confidentiality.
Full-Time; 40 hours per week
Pay Rate
Grade 117 (Y)$17.88-(1)$19.19 DOE
