We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel environment. This role includes working with the hotel team to develop and implement procedures that ensure exceptional cleanliness standards, optimize staff productivity, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain the property's overall appearance and competitiveness in the market.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper;
In This Role, You Will
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department alongside the Executive Housekeeper.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members while ensuring hotel standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
- Conduct inspections of guestrooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Support health and safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with WHMIS, WSIB, OHSA, and safe chemical and equipment handling procedures.
- Manage departmental efficiency, scheduling, and operational priorities while assisting the team during busy periods as needed.

- Previous leadership experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, friendly, energetic, and self-motivated attitude with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience with ONQ is considered an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
