Do you love cars? Woodridge Ford Lincoln is looking for a responsible, energetic individual to join their team as a Lot Attendant! This role provides an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door to the automotive industry.
About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and arrangement of the lot, as well as the presentation of the vehicles in both the showroom and on the lot. Strong customer service skills and a current and clean driver's abstract are required.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm
- Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm
- Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area
- Rental return cleaning and preparation
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot
- Ensure cleanliness of the shop
- Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes
- Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
- Change license plates as required
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Additional duties assigned
- Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
