About the Investment Banking Analyst Role:
We are partnered with a top-tier Investment Bank that is actively expanding it's Denver based generalist platform and seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join the team. This is a high impact opportunity for candidates with exceptional analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for M&A. You'll support deal execution, strategic advisory engagements, and market research across a wide range sectors.
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Build, review and maintain detailed financial models
- Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from initial pitch through closing.
- Conduct in-depth industry research, company profiling, and competitive analyses.
- Prepare client presentations, transaction materials, investment memorandum, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, investors, and third-party partners.
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation building (PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
