Pitch Perfect Solutions is hiring motivated Transfer Agents to join our growing team. Our top performers earn $33+/hour with base pay, commissions, and bonuses, and we’re looking for the next sales superstar to join our team.
What We Offer
$15/hour USD for American applicants and $19.50/CAD for our Canadian applicants - guaranteed base pay
Weekly bonuses
Uncapped commissions
Top performers average $33+/hour+
Bi-weekly direct deposit
Automated dialing system (NO manual dialing)
Proven scripts and full training
Full-time schedule
Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST
No weekends
What You’ll Do
Speak with interested consumers using our automated dialing platform.
Verify customer information.
Build rapport and generate excitement.
Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
Earn commission for every successful billable transfer.
What We’re Looking For
Previous call center, sales, appointment setting, or transfer experience preferred.
Competitive personality.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable attendance.
Coachable attitude.
Desire to earn well above average income.
Equipment Requirements
Windows PC or Laptop (i5 processor or better)
Minimum 8GB RAM
Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
USB headset with microphone
