Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Job Summary
Birchwood Toyota is looking to add a Parts Shipper/Receiver to their team!
This position requires a conscientious, energetic, and professional individual with a passion for vehicles to be responsible for shipping and receiving parts shipments to and from Toyota's wholesale customers. In addition, the Parts Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for organizing incoming orders, and maintaining parts inventory. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the Parts-side of the automotive industry.
Shift Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime as required.
Qualifications
- Automotive Parts experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience in shipping/receiving is considered an asset
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Clean and valid driver’s license and own transportation to and from work is a must
