Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, etc.).
- Process, analyze, and interpret high-throughput biological data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including biologists, data scientists, and IT specialists.
- Integrate diverse datasets to support biomarker discovery, target identification, and drug development.
- Ensure quality control, reproducibility, and documentation of analyses.
- Present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable format to scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
- Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bioinformatics within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or research setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Bash.
- Familiarity with public biological databases (e.g., NCBI, Ensembl) and tools (e.g., Bioconductor, Galaxy).
- Strong understanding of molecular biology, statistics, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary team.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
