Job Description
We are currently looking for a Pressure Truck/Hot Oiler Operator to join our Lloydminster, AB Vertex Team. We offer 5/2 rotational schedules with rotational on call work, every other weekend or project based schedules.

- Attendance and participation in toolbox talks and safety meetings, FLRA’s, hazard assessment development and pre-trips/post-trips
- Willing to work as a team player with coworkers, contractors and customers
- Able to demonstrate competent operation of equipment
- Drive equipment in a safe and professional manner obeying all traffic rules at all times
- Ensure all training requirements are up to date and current
- Workload and schedules may vary depending on emergency situations and routine work
- Drug & Alcohol Testing (Provided by Vertex)
- Class 1 Driver's License with a clean commercial abstract
- 2+ years with Hot Oiler Operator experience
- 2+ years with 5K & 10K Pressure Truck Operator experience
- Minimum of 2 years of oilfield experience
- ELD logbook experience
- Experience operating vacuum trucks and fluid hauling considered an asset
- The requirement to work shift rotation, days, evenings and weekends when required
- Possess safety tickets including but not limited to H2S Alive, CSTS 2020, First Aid, Fall Protection, CSO and Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- Cenovus site orientations
- PPE (provided by Vertex)
- Steel Toe Rubber Boots requirement
- Ability to lift heavy tools and parts
- Must be able to work at heights of more than 6 feet
