You’ll support the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient kitchen environment. - Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Support the kitchen team by leading by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items and special promotions effectively.
- Assist in analyzing kitchen performance metrics and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
- 1–2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Solid culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team dynamic.
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
