Front Desk & Patient Coordination
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage patient scheduling to ensure efficiency and minimize double bookings
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into systems
- Address patient questions, concerns, and scheduling issues professionally
- Maintain organized and efficient provider schedules across disciplines (e.g., chiropractic, medical)
- Ensure proper scheduling based on treatment plans and provider availability
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and inefficiencies
- Maintain and update internal systems
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
- Coordinate communication between front office and clinical teams
- Assist with reporting, audits, and operational improvements
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office, personal injury clinic, or healthcare setting
- Prior experience in front desk supervision or office management preferred
- Strong understanding of medical scheduling and patient flow
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of personal injury processes and documentation is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
