This position centers on delivering a premium, concierge-level engagement designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional process of forms and templated outreach. You will guide each family through the complete admissions lifecycle from initial inquiry to transition, offering personalized service throughout. You will assess incoming inquiries, support families as they decide, and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative burden so you can concentrate on what drives results: relationships, conversion, and credibility.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent communication, scheduling, and follow-through — ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
- Using AI tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, automate routine tasks, and minimize manual effort.
- Operating from scripts or inflexible processes — this role demands discernment, professionalism, and emotional acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic delays — you will not be constrained by layered approvals or dependent on others for action.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from start to finish.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience managing multi-phase journeys from inquiry to completion.
- Confidence using AI tools, automation workflows, and task prioritization systems.
- Proven capacity to manage operational precision — including documentation, follow-ups, CRM accuracy, and understanding what remains confidential.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate family availability.
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrable commitment to education innovation.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
