- Lake Wales, FL (33853) – Lunes a viernes, de 6:00 PM a 10:00 PM
- Pago semanal
- El personal de limpieza es responsable de mantener la limpieza del edificio y debe tener gran atención al detalle
- Realizar tareas de limpieza como barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
- Limpiar y desinfectar baños y reponer suministros
- Vaciar los basureros y desechar la basura correctamente
- Limpiar el polvo y superficies, incluyendo escritorios, mesas y repisas
- Mantener limpias las áreas comunes, como vestíbulos, pasillos y salas de descanso
- Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza establecidos y las normas de seguridad
- Experiencia previa en limpieza comercial o industrial preferida
- Conocimiento de técnicas de limpieza y uso de equipos
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima
- Atención al detalle y minuciosidad al completar tareas
- Buen manejo del tiempo
- Resistencia física para realizar tareas repetitivas y levantar objetos si es necesario
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar en equipo
Position Details:
- Lake Wales, FL (33853) – Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Weekly pay
Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects if required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
