About The Courier Role
Join our dynamic team as a Courier. A courier’s job involves the pick-up, transport and delivery of packages and/or documents quickly and securely between offices and departments within the Bank and the Post Office. They must load, unload and sort and deliver goods/mail based on the intended delivery location.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe pick-up and delivery of mail, office supplies, packages, etc.
- Interacts and communicates with various Bank employees.
- Operates the mail machine.
- Reviews, fulfills and delivers supply order requests.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
Full-time position; Monday – Friday, based on assigned route. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: Majority (90%) of working hours are spent traveling to and delivering to locations throughout the northeastern branch network. Company vehicle provided. Valid and clean driver’s license required.
