The Impact You Will Make
- Detect and triage performance signals across your portfolio using dashboards and operational context; distinguish signal from noise and maintain focus on the highest-leverage work.
- Diagnose drivers and recommend actions using structured problem solving, grounded in data and operational reality & context.
- Drive follow-through to measurable impact with operating partners, ensuring actions are prioritized, executed, and validated for effectiveness.
- Create leverage through mechanisms by turning recurring issues into shared playbooks, triggers, and standard routines that reduce repeat churn as the network scales.
- Surface cross-site patterns and insights that inform continuous operational improvements and improve how the org prioritizes and responds.
- Partner with field leadership as the primary delivery ops point of contact for your segment, maintaining a lightweight, high-value operating rhythm.
- Support scaling and launches through readiness checks, early performance monitoring, and post-launch retros, focused on repeatability over heroics.
- 5–8+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace ops, or multi-site performance management
- Strong analytical fluency: comfortable with BI tools (e.g. Looker/Tableau), advanced spreadsheet skills, direct experience with SQL, able to turn data into prioritized action
- Proven ability to run structured root-cause analysis and make sound tradeoffs in ambiguous, high-noise environments.
- Strong execution through influence: you drive clarity, ownership, and closure without direct authority.
- Experience building scalable processes (playbooks/SOPs, operating cadences, standards) that reduce repeated issues and manual overhead.
- Excellent written communication: concise updates, clear recommendations, and durable documentation.
- Preferred: experience working closely with field teams across multiple locations; experience in fast-scaling ops organizations.
- Systems thinker: you look for patterns and design mechanisms that prevent repeat problems.
- Prioritization discipline: you can say “not now,” manage tradeoffs, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
- Data-led operator: you use data to guide decisions, validate impact, and reduce opinion-driven churn.
- Self-starter & autonomous: you take initiative, operate with urgency, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Collaborative and low-noise: you build trust across teams and align stakeholders without creating unnecessary complexity.
- High standards, healthy boundaries: you communicate clearly, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain a sustainable cadence while driving strong outcomes.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
