- Toughness: You aren't afraid of a little weather. Rain or shine, we get the job done.
- Communication: You’re comfortable talking to drivers and team members clearly.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to help move between sites when needed.
- Physical Ability: You can comfortably lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet.
